Enquiries

The enquiry form asks for information needed to understand and respond to your request, including your name, email, company and the reporting problem you describe. Telephone details are optional unless indicated otherwise.

Use the initial enquiry to describe the problem at a high level. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, confidential personnel records or sensitive operational files.

Calculator and templates

The time estimator calculates in your browser. Its scenario-sharing link contains only the numeric assumptions and selected workflow. It does not require a name or email. Template downloads do not require newsletter signup.

Subscriptions

A service enquiry is not a request to join a mailing list. Any optional subscription should state its purpose separately and provide a way to stop receiving messages.

Hosting and cookies

This site is hosted using Odoo. The hosting platform may process technical request and session information. Browser and cookie behaviour depends on the platform and any configured integrations. Read Odoo’s privacy information.

Questions about information you submitted

Use the contact form to identify the request you are asking about and explain the correction or information you need. Avoid sending extra sensitive information merely to identify an earlier enquiry.
