Remote implementation support

Reporting tools configured around the people doing the work.

Request a scoped discussion

Paid implementation support

A practical reporting system for the way your team works.

Start with one site or workflow. Agree what needs to be visible, configure the reporting tools and hand them over with clear responsibilities.

Start with one site

Discuss a site setup

Adapt the tools

Discuss your workbook

Build a repeatable routine

Reporting handover and training

A practical remote walkthrough covering data entry, exception review and action ownership.

  • Role-specific reporting instructions
  • Practice using an agreed example
  • Questions and follow-up actions recorded
Discuss team training

Clear scope before a commitment.

Projects are quoted individually. The scope identifies deliverables, customer inputs, assumptions, training and completion criteria. Ongoing support or additional changes are discussed separately.

Describe your reporting problem

From the first conversation to handover

01 · Understand

Choose one reporting problem

Review the workflow, users, existing tools and the decision the report needs to support.

02 · Scope

Agree the first deliverable

Define one site or workflow, required inputs, training and completion criteria before quoting.

03 · Configure

Build around the team

Adapt the workbook, reporting fields, ownership and exception summary to the agreed scope.

04 · Handover

Put it into daily use

Walk through an example, explain editable fields and agree who maintains the working copy.

Useful information for the first discussion

  • One recent example of missing or late reporting information.
  • The tools your team currently uses.
  • The people entering, reviewing and acting on the report.
  • The outcome you want and any delivery constraints.

What a proposal should make clear

Deliverables, customer inputs, assumptions, implementation sequence, training, completion criteria and the proposed fee.

Additional integrations, on-site work and ongoing support require an agreed scope.

Before you start

Practical questions, answered.

What can I buy from OperatorOS?

Reporting setup, workbook customisation and practical handover sessions. The first project is scoped around one workflow so deliverables and effort are clear.

How is the work priced?

Each project is quoted after the workflow, inputs, users and completion criteria are understood. You can review the scope and proposed fee before deciding to proceed.

Is delivery remote or on site?

The initial offer is delivered remotely. Include any access, time-zone or on-site requirements in your enquiry so they can be discussed before a proposal is prepared.

What should I prepare?

Describe one reporting problem, who uses the report and the tools you already have. A redacted example may help later; do not include confidential operational or personnel records in the initial enquiry.

Do I need new software?

The starting point is your existing workflow and a spreadsheet-based reporting structure. Any additional software or integration requirement needs to be agreed during scoping.

Can I start with the free resources?

Yes. The field execution pack and blank CSV templates can be used without an enquiry. Customisation and implementation support are separate services.

What does the calculator show?

An assumption-based estimate of administrative time and its labour-cost equivalent. It does not establish actual loss, recoverable cash or a guaranteed financial return.

Does the readiness checklist certify compliance?

No. It helps organise records for review. Applicable project requirements, technical judgements and competence decisions need the appropriate responsible reviewers.

What is handed over?

The agreed workbook or reporting structure, an explanation of inputs and calculations, operating instructions and the agreed handover session. Specific deliverables and completion criteria are stated in the proposal.

What happens after I enquire?

Your request is reviewed and any scoping questions are clarified. Where there is a suitable fit, the next step is a discussion or a scoped proposal. A form submission does not commit you to a purchase.
